Key Responsibilities
Operations:
- Lead and coordinate various projects by collaborating with contractors, accountants, lawyers, and other service providers to drive initiatives forward.
- Provide timely status updates, proactively solve issues, and ensure continuous project momentum.
Project Management:
- Spearhead incubation projects for new business lines initiated by the family office, including ventures like Nimbel Shaw (agricultural subsidiary) and Duval Properties (real estate subsidiary).
- Engage with multiple stakeholders—government entities, investors, legal advisors, and HR—to establish new businesses and maximize value.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to pinpoint potential investment opportunities.
- Assess the viability of various investment sectors in alignment with the family's strategic goals.
- Execute financial analysis and modeling for prospective investments, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Review the financial performance of existing assets and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement.
Partner Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investment partners, advisors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Actively participate in discussions to evaluate potential partnerships and joint ventures.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for the family office.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the deal documentation process to ensure organization and accuracy.
- Schedule meetings and compile comprehensive summaries of discussions.
