Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (C2 level); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Wired internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed and 25 Mbps upload speed.
- Reliable power supply or a laptop with a strong battery life, along with backup internet and power solutions.
- Computer specifications: i5 processor (8th to 10th generation), 8/16 GB RAM, 128/256 SSD, and Windows 10 Pro.
- A quiet and private workspace free from background noise.
- Quick learner with strong computer skills.
- Proficient in using Zoom, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage stress effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional listening comprehension and grammar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Conditions
- This is a remote position.
- Working hours are aligned with Eastern Standard Time (UTC−5) or Eastern Daylight Time (UTC−4) depending on the season.
- Office hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Employees receive 5 days of paid sick leave after 6 months and 5 days of paid vacation after 12 months.
- During the probation period, the monthly salary is N250,000, increasing to N300,000 upon successful completion.
- Payments are made monthly on the 5th for the previous month.
