As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing staff, and ensuring optimal store performance. You will also play a key role in developing marketing strategies, monitoring sales performance, and driving team efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff to ensure efficient operations

- Handle customer requests, complaints, and manage inventory
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff performance
- Ensure the store maintains high visual standards and implement marketing strategies
- Provide sales reports, monitor performance, and represent the company at trade shows
- Identify growth opportunities and establish new business partnerships
- Develop strategies to motivate the team and improve overall sales performance
