Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies, transforming broad concepts into actionable plans.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients.
- Analyze the web3 market to identify new partnership opportunities and oversee the business development process from lead generation to closing.
- Qualify existing business development leads and guide them to completion.
- Collaborate with leading projects in RWAs, RaaS, and rollup solutions within the web3 ecosystem.
- Conduct research to identify applications for Rome Protocol and create relevant documentation and processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the web3, DeFi, or crypto space.
- Proven technical selling experience, ideally focused on web3 backend solutions.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and regular use of web3 technologies.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- A successful track record in managing partnerships, closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with a proactive approach.
- Bonus: Experience with web3 middleware, rollups, or layer 2 solutions.
