Duties & Responsibilities:
- Issue receipts to clients promptly upon payment.
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank, clearing, and billing accounts, as well as general ledger reconciliations.
- Execute daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data.
- Maintain comprehensive records and files for accounts receivable customers.
- Address and escalate any issues with billing systems as needed.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial and management reports in a timely manner.
- Investigate discrepancies in accounts by gathering and verifying information from sales, customer service, and clients.
- Assist in the month-end closing process.
- Collect data and generate monthly performance metrics.
