Duties & Responsibilities:

• Issue receipts to clients promptly upon payment.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, clearing, and billing accounts, as well as general ledger reconciliations.
• Execute daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data.
• Maintain comprehensive records and files for accounts receivable customers.
• Address and escalate any issues with billing systems as needed.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial and management reports in a timely manner.
• Investigate discrepancies in accounts by gathering and verifying information from sales, customer service, and clients.
• Assist in the month-end closing process.
• Collect data and generate monthly performance metrics.
