Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash, card, and electronic payments.
- Accurately record daily sales, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain the cash register and ensure all amounts are correct at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding payments or transactions.
- Ensure all products are properly scanned and prices are accurate.
- Monitor cash drawer levels and request change as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required by management.
- Assist in balancing the store's financial records and collaborating with the accounting department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding financial procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
