In the role of Legal Manager, you will be integral to our legal team, responsible for reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with banks, switches, micro-finance banks, and other financial institutions. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in the banking or fintech sector, particularly regarding contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the review and drafting of commercial contracts and SLAs.
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree in Business & Commercial Law and additional relevant certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of legal experience, including at least three (3) years in a managerial role within the banking or fintech industry.
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing SLAs with banks and other financial entities.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, and financial laws.
- Experience in corporate governance practices and risk assessment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in legal research and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
