Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, and data modeling, especially within fintech or financial services.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), and distributed systems like Spark.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., SageMaker, Databricks) and modern database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Proficient in data modeling (ER modeling, dimensional modeling) and integration tools (Apache Kafka, Fivetran).
  • Knowledge of data governance, security practices, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications in AWS or Azure are a plus.
